There is something so cool in watching artwork of any kind being created especially in the culinary world. Nowadays, we just sit at restaurants and we see the finished product placed in front of us. I think it is always a treat to be able to go behind the scenes into the kitchen and see the process of entrees being cooked and styled on a plate, but unfortunately it’s not an experience common at restaurants.
On the flip side, most of the times you can watch your drinks being made and while a lot of people don’t unless it’s a show, I try to spend a few minutes out of my night watching the bartenders do their version of art. I can tell you right now one of my favorite experiences of watching drinks being made is at The Tipsy Alchemist. At this place, there is some true love, creativity, and experience being put into each cocktail! Bonus points on presentation as well!
This is a great place to have a night out in Dallas with your friends!
