(Warning: I am a latte girl. Hence all my recommendations will probably be types of lattes for coffee shops)
What to order: Half Moon Latte. This coffee shop (which I originally tried them in San Antonio!) specializes in using a special milk with secret ingredients in their lattes. If you like extremely sweet, go for the Full Moon Latte but I think the Half Moon is just the right blend of sweet and coffee.
